How to log into your Amenitiz account

Log into your Amenitiz account, complete the first-login 2FA, and reset a forgotten password. Plus what to do when emails or pages aren't loading.

This article walks you through logging into your Amenitiz account — including two-factor authentication (2FA) on first login and how to recover a forgotten password.


Before you start

  • You need your Amenitiz email and password. If you don't have them yet, ask the account owner at your property to invite you, or contact Amenitiz support.

  • For your first login, Amenitiz uses 2FA — you'll receive an email with two authentication codes to enter when prompted.


Log in to your account

  1. Click Log in in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. First-time login only: check your inbox for an email from Amenitiz with two authentication codes. Enter them as instructed.

  4. Click Log in to access your account.

If the 2FA email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact our team.


Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to amenitiz.com and click Log in.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click Forgotten password.

  4. Complete the security check (CAPTCHA / "I'm not a robot").

  5. Open the email from Amenitiz and click the password reset link.

  6. Set your new password and confirm.

  7. Log in with your new credentials.


FAQs

I didn't receive the 2FA email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you're checking the email address linked to your Amenitiz account. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, contact our team.


I didn't receive the password reset email — what now?

Same first checks: spam folder, correct email address. If still missing, the email may not match an active Amenitiz account — confirm with your account owner or contact our team.


Do I have to do 2FA every time I log in?

2FA is only required on your first login from a new device or browser. After that, you log in directly with your email and password.


I can log in but I can't see all the sections — why?

Your view depends on the permissions assigned to your user. Ask the account owner at your property to update your role if you need access to additional sections.


Can I have multiple users on the same Amenitiz account?

Yes. The account owner can invite team members and assign them roles — each user logs in with their own email and password.


The login page won't load — what should I check?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then load the page again. Switching to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) often confirms whether the issue is browser-specific.
