This article walks you through logging into your Amenitiz account — including two-factor authentication (2FA) on first login and how to recover a forgotten password.
Before you start
You need your Amenitiz email and password. If you don't have them yet, ask the account owner at your property to invite you, or contact Amenitiz support.
For your first login, Amenitiz uses 2FA — you'll receive an email with two authentication codes to enter when prompted.
Log in to your account
Go to amenitiz.com.
Click
Log inin the top-right corner.Enter your email and password.
First-time login only: check your inbox for an email from Amenitiz with two authentication codes. Enter them as instructed.
Click
Log into access your account.

If the 2FA email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact our team.
Reset a forgotten password
Go to amenitiz.com and click
Log in.Enter your email address.
Click
Forgotten password.Complete the security check (CAPTCHA / "I'm not a robot").
Open the email from Amenitiz and click the password reset link.
Set your new password and confirm.
Log in with your new credentials.
