This article shows you how to reset your Amenitiz password when you cannot sign in because you have forgotten it.

Use this article from the login screen. If you are already signed in and just want to change your password, see How to manage your personal information and password.


Before you start

  • Have access to the email inbox of the address registered on the account.

  • The reset link expires — use it shortly after it arrives.

  • If the email never arrives, check your spam folder and your email filters.


Step-by-step instructions

  • Go to the Amenitiz sign-in page.

  • Click Forgot your password?.

  • Enter the email address registered on your Amenitiz account and click Send reset link.

  • Open the email from Amenitiz and click the reset link.

  • Enter a new password and click Reset password → You are redirected to the Amenitiz admin signed in.


FAQs

The reset email never arrived. What now?

Check your spam folder. If it is not there, confirm the email you entered matches the one registered on the account. If you still do not see it, email [email protected] with the property name.


The reset link says "expired" or "invalid". What do I do?

Request a new reset link from Forgot your password? and use it right away.


Do I need to reset on every device?

Resetting the password logs you out of all other sessions. Sign in again with the new password on each device.
