Overview
If you use AmenitizPay, you can create a payment for any reservation directly from the Amenitiz mobile app — either by charging the guest's card on your terminal or by sending them a payment link by email.
Before you start
You need AmenitizPay activated on your account.
The guest's email address must be on the reservation so the payment link or receipt can be sent by email.
Step-by-step instructions
Open the Amenitiz app and log in.
Find the reservation you want to charge from the
Activitytab or theCalendartab and tap it.On the reservation details screen, tap
Create a payment.Enter the amount and choose how to process it — charge the card on your terminal or send a payment link to the guest's email.
Confirm to complete the payment.

Once processed, the payment appears on the reservation under Payment history, and the guest receives a confirmation by email if their address is on file.

Open the reservation, add the guest's email address, and save before creating the payment. Without an email, payment links and email receipts can't be sent.

Refunds are handled from the web version of Amenitiz, not the mobile app. Open the reservation in your browser, go to the payment, and issue the refund from there.

On the reservation details screen in the app, scroll to Payment history to see every payment processed on that booking.

No. You can charge a card in person with a connected terminal, or send a payment link by email so the guest pays online — both options are available from the same screen.
