Overview
The Reports section gives you ready-made reports on bookings, payments, occupancy, revenue, charges and more. You can't download them straight to your computer — instead, pick one or several and send them to any email address as an attachment.
For fully customised reports built from your own choice of fields and filters, use the Report Builder instead.
Before you start
Reports are sent by email — the modal pre-fills the email linked to your Amenitiz account, but you can change the recipient before sending.
Some reports (Arrivals, Departures, Daily Closing…) take a single date; others (Revenue, Charges, Occupancy…) take a date range. The modal only shows date fields when the selected reports need them.
OTA bookings are always tax-included. Double-check VAT on any report that breaks down charges.
Send a report by email
From the admin sidebar, go to
Reports.Find the report you need — scroll the list, or use
Search Reportto filter by name or keyword.Tick the checkbox on every report you want to send. The bottom action bar shows how many reports are selected.

Send reports.In the modal, set the
Date Range(or single date) if required, confirm theRecipient Email, and pick aFormat.Click
Send reports. A confirmation appears in the top-right corner once the email is on its way.

Can I download reports directly to my computer?
No — the standard Reports section only sends by email. Once the email arrives, open the attachment and save it locally. If you need a direct export with custom fields, the Report Builder lets you export to CSV/XLSX from the screen.

Yes. Tick as many reports as you need — they're bundled and sent in a single email. The action bar at the bottom shows how many you've selected.

Yes. The Recipient Email field in the send modal is pre-filled with your Amenitiz login email, but you can overwrite it before clicking Send reports.

Not every report respects the selected dates. Reports like Arrivals, Departures or Daily Closing run on a single day; others are full snapshots. The modal hint "Not all reports are affected by the selected dates" flags this when you've mixed types.

Check the spam folder first. Confirm the recipient address typed in the modal was correct. If it's still missing after a few minutes, send again — the report is regenerated on each send and isn't queued.

The default is XLSX (Excel). Some reports also offer CSV or PDF in the Format dropdown — only formats supported by the selected report appear.
