How to edit dates of stay in a reservation

Managing reservations efficiently is crucial for keeping everything running smoothly. Whether it’s a manual booking or via the Amenitiz booking engine, updating stay dates is quick and easy. Let’s walk you through the process!

Merging Dates: If some accommodations in a booking have different arrival and/or departure dates, editing the dates for the entire reservation will merge all dates.


OTA Bookings: Changes to stay dates made on OTA platforms (Online Travel Agencies) will not sync with Amenitiz for bookings imported during the connection with the channel manager.


Past Reservations: No changes are allowed for past reservations.

Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Access the Reservations Section

Go to the Reservations section in your Amenitiz dashboard. Click on the booking and select View booking details.

2️⃣ Change dates of stay

Click the three dots (⁝) in the top-right corner. Select Edit dates of stay, pick new dates, check availability, and click Confirm dates of stay.

3️⃣ Change dates of stay for a specific room in a reservation

If you need to modify dates for one room only, click the three dots (⁝) next to the room name. Select Edit room's dates, check availability, and click Confirm dates of stay.
