📌 You have two versions of Reports
You're reading the guide for the new Reports — the menu entry marked Beta. Prefer the current version? Here's its guide: How to download your reports.
Overview
The new Reports brings all your property's reports together in one place, grouped into categories. Each report shows its key figures on screen, and you can filter it by date, then export it or email it in one click.
The new Reports appears in the main menu as its own entry, marked Beta, next to your existing Reports, so you can use the new version while still using the reports you already know.
Before you start
The new Reports appears in the main menu as its own entry, marked Beta, next to your existing Reports. Both stay available for now.
You can open and view your reports in the new Reports, including your saved ones under My saved reports. You can also build your own custom report here, with the Report Builder.
You can export any report to Excel or CSV. Both open cleanly in a spreadsheet: dates come through as real dates and amounts as real numbers, so you can sort, sum and filter without retyping anything.
Some reports cover a date range and others a single day. Filters only show the date options each report supports.

What's on the page
The new Reports home page
When you open the new Reports, the home page shows your reports at a glance: Recently viewed brings back the reports you opened last, Most used at your property pins your property's most-used reports for one-click access, and All reports by category lists every report grouped by category.
Reports by category
Under All reports by category, reports are grouped so you can go straight to the area you need:
Revenue & Payments — revenue, payments, charges and daily summaries.
AmenitizPay — Amenitiz Pay payments and authorisations.
Occupancy — occupancy, pick-up and comparative key indicators.
Guests & stays — arrivals, departures, bookings, unpaid bookings and rooming lists.
Compliance — legal and tax reports, such as VAT and tourist tax.
Operations — cleaning planning, breakfast and daily closing.
Your own saved reports appear in a separate My saved reports category.
Filter a report
Open a report to see its figures on screen. Use the filters at the top to focus on the period you need: the Based on label shows which date the report uses, the Date filter lets you switch between Stay, Arrival, Departure and Booking dates, and the date range sets the period covered.
Export, email or schedule a report
Open a report to see its figures on screen, then export it, email it, schedule it or pin it — each from its own button in the top-right corner.

My saved reports
Your saved reports appear in the Saved reports category, and under the My Saved Reports tab, so you can open them alongside the ready-made reports. Each one offers the same Export, Email and Schedule buttons.
Build a custom report
Use the Report Builder to create a report from your own data and save it for re-use. You pick a dataset, add the columns you want, then give the report a name and a period.
