Overview
The INSEE Report is a monthly summary available to French properties. It contains:
Number of occupied rooms per day of the month
Number of arrivals per nationality
Number of nights per nationality
Before you start
Your property's country must be set to France in Property → General. If it isn't, the INSEE Report won't appear in your reports list.
The report uses data from your client files. If the country field is empty on any guest for the bookings of the month, those entries will appear as "Unknown country" and your figures will be wrong.
Step by step
In the sidebar, go to
Reports→Reports.Scroll down to the
INSEE Reportrow, tick the box to select it, then clickNext.Choose the recipient email address and the date range you want, then click
Send reports. The report is delivered by email.
