Overview
This article explains how to add a new photo block to a page of your website, or change the photo inside an existing block — for example when you've taken fresh photos and want to swap the old ones out.
Before you start
You need the Can edit the website permission to open the website builder. If the Customize button doesn't appear, ask your Account Owner.

Step-by-step instructions
Open the website builder first: go to Website → Website in the sidebar and click Customize in the top-right corner. You'll land on the home page by default — open the Pages tab to switch to another page if needed. For the full builder walkthrough, see how to use the website builder.
Add a new photo block
In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click
Add an element. Pick the photo-type block you want from the list.Open the block's
Contenttab and upload the image from your computer.Click
Save. The new block is now live on the page.
Change an existing photo
In the sidebar, click the block whose photo you want to change. The block's settings panel opens on the side.
Click the
Contentsection, then click the current block photo.Choose how to replace it:
Click the camera icon to upload a new photo from your computer, or
Select an existing photo directly from your library.
The new photo uploads and appears at the end of the library. Click it to apply it to the block, then click
Save.

The change only goes live when you click Save in the builder. If you closed the builder without saving, the swap was lost and the old photo is still on the page.
