Overview
PriceLabs is a Dynamic Pricing tool that automatically updates your rates based on market demand, competitor pricing and occupancy data. Once connected, Amenitiz syncs your listings and reservations with PriceLabs. All pricing is calculated and controlled from the PriceLabs side. Rates displayed in Amenitiz are automatically updated based on your configuration in PriceLabs.
You can activate or deactivate the integration at any time from the Marketplace.
Before you start
Before activating the integration, make sure that you have an active PriceLabs account. If you do not yet have a PriceLabs account, you must create one directly on the PriceLabs website before continuing.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Configure Amenitiz inside PriceLabs
Log in to your PriceLabs account.
Click Add your listings (if you do not have listings yet) or Add / Reconnect Listings (if you already have listings).
Select PMS / Channel Manager.
Choose Amenitiz from the dropdown.
Tick the checkbox Allow Amenitiz to add listings to your PriceLabs account.
Click Save.
2. Activate PriceLabs in the Amenitiz Marketplace
Log in to your Amenitiz platform.
Go to
Marketplace.Scroll down to Discover all apps.
Find and select PriceLabs.
You will see the PriceLabs app page with the option to activate the integration.
3. Start the activation process
Click
Activate. A pop-up window will appear explaining that you need a PriceLabs account.
If you do not have an account, click Go to PriceLabs website and create one.
Once logged in to PriceLabs, select Amenitiz as your PMS/Channel Manager in your PriceLabs settings.
Click
Nextin Amenitiz to continue.
4. Enter your PriceLabs email
Enter the email address you use to log in to your PriceLabs account in the User Token (Email) field.
Click
Activateto confirm.
Amenitiz will now connect your property with your PriceLabs account.
5. Confirm the connection
Once successfully connected:
The
Activatebutton will change toDeactivate.
You will see a Connected account section displaying the email used for the integration.
A confirmation message will appear indicating that the information has been successfully updated.
PriceLabs will now begin syncing your listings, calendars and reservations. Pricing rules and strategy must be managed directly in your PriceLabs dashboard.
⚠️ Important: Once the integration is active, PriceLabs becomes the source of truth for your pricing. If you manually edit prices in Amenitiz, those changes will be sent to PriceLabs and may be overwritten depending on your PriceLabs configuration and rules.
How the integration works
After activation:
Amenitiz syncs your listings, calendars and reservations with PriceLabs.
PriceLabs calculates optimised prices based on your configuration.
Updated prices are sent back automatically to Amenitiz.
You control your pricing strategy from the PriceLabs dashboard.
How to deactivate PriceLabs
If you wish to disconnect the integration:
Go to
Marketplace → PriceLabs.Click
Deactivate.Confirm by clicking Yes in the confirmation window.
Once deactivated:
Your listings will no longer sync with PriceLabs.
Prices will no longer be updated automatically.
You will need to manage pricing manually in Amenitiz or via another pricing tool.
