Instead of manually browsing through the reservations list, you can search using several types of information linked to the booking. This helps hoteliers access guest records faster during daily operations.
The search feature is available from multiple areas of the platform, making it easy to retrieve reservation information whenever needed.
What you can search by
You can search using any of the following details:
Guest name
Email address
Phone number
OTA ID (the booking reference provided by OTAs such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia)

The search bar is available in two locations within the Amenitiz platform:
Navbar: accessible from any page in your Amenitiz account
Reservations page: directly within the reservations list
What results will appear
When you perform a search, Amenitiz displays all records linked to the matching guest.
This may include:
The guest profile
Associated invoices
All related reservations
💡 Tip: When searching for a booking coming from an OTA, use the exact OTA ID shown in the confirmation sent by the platform. Entering the full reference will return the most accurate results.
If you cannot find the record you are looking for, try searching using another piece of information, such as the guest’s email address or phone number instead of the OTA reference.
