Overview
Amenitiz needs to know which of your rooms corresponds to which Airbnb listing. That link is called a mapping, and you manage it yourself on the Room & Rate Mapping screen.
Once a room is mapped, its rates and availability go to that Airbnb listing, and bookings for it come back into Amenitiz. If a mapping is wrong or missing, that room does not sell correctly on Airbnb.
Before you start
Your Airbnb account must already be connected. See How to connect your Airbnb account to Amenitiz.
Create the listing on Airbnb first and confirm it is published and active. A listing that is not yet published cannot be mapped.
Mapping a room changes the listing on Airbnb: Airbnb starts taking its availability and prices from Amenitiz, and Amenitiz sends up to two years of availability straight away. Check your calendar is correct before you map.
Step by step
Map a room to an Airbnb listing
Go to
Channel Managerin the sidebar.Click the
Active connectionstab and click your Airbnb connection.Find the room you want to connect under
Your inventory (Amenitiz).Pick the matching listing under
Channel listing.Repeat for each room. The section header shows how many are done, for example 3/5 mapped.
💡 Tip
If the listing was hidden or unlisted on Airbnb, mapping it publishes it. To hide it again, see How to block or unblock an Airbnb listing.
Change or remove a mapping
Each mapped row has a row actions menu.

⚠️ Warning
Unmapping stops Airbnb taking availability and prices from Amenitiz for that listing. Its calendar on Airbnb stays as it was at that moment and no longer updates, so check it on Airbnb afterwards.
⚠️ Important
Airbnb has no separate rate plans. Prices are set on the listing itself, so there is nothing to map on the rate side. Once the room is mapped, the rates you create in Amenitiz reach that listing on their own. The screen shows Airbnb doesn't expose separate rate plans to map.
Listing no longer in channel on a row means the listing was deleted or unpublished on Airbnb. Recreate or republish it there, then edit the mapping.
If Airbnb is temporarily unreachable, the screen keeps showing your existing mappings and tells you new setup will return once the connection recovers.

I can't find my new listing in the list.
Confirm the listing is published and active on Airbnb, not still unpublished and not snoozed. Newly published listings can take a few minutes to appear — reload the page. If it still does not appear, contact [email protected].
Where do I map my rate to Airbnb?
Where do I map my rate to Airbnb?
You don't. Airbnb sets prices on the listing rather than on separate rate plans, so mapping the room is the whole job. Rates you create in Amenitiz reach the mapped listing automatically.
A row says "Listing no longer in channel". What happened?
A row says "Listing no longer in channel". What happened?
The Airbnb listing that room was pointing at no longer exists — usually deleted or unpublished on Airbnb. Republish or recreate it on Airbnb, then click Edit on the row and pick it again.
Can I map two Amenitiz rooms to the same Airbnb listing?
Can I map two Amenitiz rooms to the same Airbnb listing?
No. Each Airbnb listing takes its availability from one room. If you have several identical rooms you want Airbnb to sell as one listing, use Bookable units instead — see How to tell Airbnb how many rooms of a type you have.
