Struggling to keep your Amenitiz calendar up-to-date with manual reservations? Whether it's handling a phone call request or integrating bookings from OTAs connected via iCal, this guide is here to turn you into a booking expert! Let's simplify your reservation process and make your calendar management a breeze! 🧞♂️
❗️Unfortunately, legal restrictions prevent us from registering reservations retroactively. It is not possible to add bookings with dates in the past.

A Summarized Step-by-Step Guide 👩💻
1️⃣ Navigate to your Amenitiz administrator area. It’s your command center for all things booking!
2️⃣ Click on the '+ Add reservation' button to begin the process (Pssst... it's located in the top bar of your account).
3️⃣ In the first section, click on 'Create booking'.
4️⃣ Time to choose the dates, room type, and rate for your guest’s stay. Look for the plus [+] sign next to your desired room type and click on it. Remember, after each selection, hit next to go to the following step!
5️⃣ In the 'Selected accommodations' section, you'll see a summary of your choices. Feel free to adjust the number of guests, tweak the room price, or even sprinkle in some extras.
6️⃣ Add your guest's information next. You can either select from an existing client file or create a new one. And hey, don’t overlook any special requests – they love those personal touches! ✨
7️⃣ Choose the payment method that suits your guest best.
8️⃣ Lastly, review everything and save the booking. Voilà! 🌟 Your calendar is now updated with the new reservation.
🔔 Looking for a shortcut? Add reservations directly from your calendar. In your left menu, just go to the Planning tab, click 'Calendar', and choose your check-in day and room by tapping the correspondent slot. Quick and simple! 😎

To add a new reservation from the Amenitiz APP, you can first log in to the application.
Then, click on the "+" to add a reservation:
You can then select the dates of stay, the accommodation(s), the rate plan, change the price, add extras, and add the client information. Finally, you can manage your payments and make the guest accept your sales terms for this reservation.
Then, you will be able to see the reservation in the calendar section of your application.
FAQs
Can I add a document to a reservation using the App?
Unfortunately, adding documents to a reservation is not currently possible through the Amenitiz App. To manage documents, please use the desktop version.
