You can contact your guests with Whatsapp directly from the reservation. This article explains what you need to do to enable this feature on a reservation, and how it works.

- Add the phone number and the country code
The first step is to add the phone number of the guest, and the country code so that Whatsapp can recognize the number of your guest.
Otherwise, the button to message the guest will not be activated.
You can do it from the clients' section of the reservation:
You can also change the phone number and country code from the clients tab of your admin.
When adding a new reservation manually, you will also be able to fill in this field.
From the page of the client, you can change this two information:

Launch a discussion with the guest
Once the phone number and country code of the guest is added, you can click on the button "message guest".
A new page will be opened, inviting you to log in on the Whatsapp for web, or on the desktop application:
You will then be redirected to the conversation with the guest.

If you have a message saying the phone number shared via URL is not validated, it means this phone number is not registered on Whatsapp. In this case, double-check the phone number introduced in the details of the client is the right one.

To contact your guests with Whatsapp from the mobile version or from the application, follow the next steps:

- You can first log in to your account or to the application.
- Then, click on the reservation you want to manage, either from the “activity” tab, or from the "calendar" tab.
- You will be landed on the details of the reservation, from here you can click on "message guest":
Your Whatsapp application will open, you will be able to chat with your client on Whatsapp.
