Overview

Your property's name, contact details and address are on the Property → General page. Your name appears on your website and Booking Engine, and guests use the email and phone number to contact you.

Update this page when your property changes name, when you move, or when your reception phone or email changes.

Before you start

If you cannot open Property in the sidebar, your user does not have access to property information. Ask the account owner to give you access.
Check-in and check-out times and amenities each have their own page under Property. They are not on this page.

Step by step

In the sidebar, click Property → General.
In Contact information, enter your property name in What's the name of your property?.
Update the email address and Phone number. If you have a second line, add it in Additional phone number.
In Property address, update Address, City, Zip code and Country. In some countries a Region field also appears.
Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

📌 Note

Add the country prefix to your phone number (for example +34 for Spain) if it is different from the country set in Regional Settings.

FAQs

Where do I change my check-in and check-out times or amenities?

Each has its own page under Property: Check-in/out and Amenities. The General page holds your name, contact details, address and children settings.

Who sees the email and phone number I enter here?

Your guests. They use this email and phone number to contact you, so enter the ones your reception checks.

Where do I add my company registration number?

On the same page, in Contact information, in the Company registration number field.

What is the Children section at the bottom of the page?

In Children you choose whether you accept children under 18, set a minimum age and age ranges, and decide if these settings apply to the entire property or to each accommodation.
