Notify VRBO/Abritel to Deactivate IPM (Integrated Property Manager) Mode Request that VRBO/Abritel deactivate the IPM mode. This ensures your account reverts to PPM (Pay Per Booking) management after disconnection.
After Disconnecting
Contact VRBO/Abritel Support Inform VRBO/Abritel that the Amenitiz connection has been disabled. Follow their instructions to manage your listing and address any active bookings. This typically includes steps to finalize the transition to PPM mode.
Handle Existing Bookings Any active bookings must be handled directly on VRBO/Abritel. For cancellations or changes, contact VRBO/Abritel’s IPM support team.
Update or Migrate Listings If you plan to continue receiving bookings, update your listing from your VRBO account. Alternatively, migrate your listing to a new property management system (PMS) if applicable.

Currently, VRBO supports mapping one rate plan but doesn’t allow custom promotions or discounts.
Are bookings instant, or can I reject them?
All bookings are instant. Future updates may allow for quoted bookings.
Can I add extras (e.g., cleaning fees)?
Not through VRBO directly. As a workaround, add extras manually in your Amenitiz reservations and inform those extra in the listing description for visibility.
How can I manage guest booking modifications?
Date changes: Update directly in the PMS.
Guest count changes: Contact our Care Team for assistance.
Cancelations: Cancel directly in the PMS.

What is the VRBO commission structure?
EMEA Market: 15% commission (10% in Switzerland).
How are payments handled?
VRBO provides the credit card details for each booking. You can:
Manually charge the card using AmenitizPay (3D secure may be required).
Send a payment link for secure payment from reservation details with Apay.
Can I use AmenitizPay for VRBO reservations?
Yes, credit card details are sent through and can be processed via AmenitizPay once the card has been verified. Payment links and Bank Transfer requests can also be used.

Can I add a custom rental agreement?
Custom agreements aren’t supported during the checkout process. Instead, include the information in your listing description.

Can a single VRBO account link to multiple Amenitiz accounts?
No, one VRBO account can only connect to one Amenitiz account.

Access your listing URL in the VRBO dashboard.
How long does it take for VRBO/Abritel to process the disconnection?
VRBO first deactivates the connection for 48 hours before deleting the advertiser. Subsequently, your account will revert to PPM management. Only VRBO can finalize this process, so be sure to work closely with their support team.
