🎩 Pro Tip: By default, all rate plans are set to closed. If you want to be visible and bookable on your website and OTAs (like Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) you'll need to open them.
Step-by-Step Guide 👩💻
1️⃣ Head over to the Planning> Inventory tab in your Amenitiz administrator area. It's on the left sidebar - impossible to miss!
2️⃣ Click on the 'Bulk Update' button. It's your gateway to efficiency.
3️⃣ Room and Rate selection: start by selecting one or multiple rooms and rate plans you wish to update.
4️⃣ Date Range selection: Next, choose the date range(s) for your updates. Whether it’s for a specific season or various periods throughout the year, you have the flexibility to select one or multiple ranges
5️⃣ Weekday selection : Choose if you want to apply the change for all days or a specific day of the week.
6️⃣ On the 'Select an action to perform' section: choose Open rate or Close rate.
🆕 The Availability Window feature roll-out
To make managing your rates even more seamless, we’re introducing the Availability Window feature!
- Decide how long your rates stay open—no more constant manual updates.
- Ensure continuous availability by automatically extending your rates based on your selected timeframe.
Roll-out Status: This feature is being gradually made available to all users over the coming weeks. If you don’t see it yet, don’t worry—it’s on its way!
⚠ Keep in mind: When opening rates, the default minimum and maximum stay is set to 0-1 days, unless manually adjusted.
7️⃣ Hit Update > Confirm. Bam! ✨ Your changes are now set.

Open or close rates directly from your phone 📱
Need to make quick availability changes on the go? With the Amenitiz App, you can open or close rates for multiple rooms and dates in just a few taps — no need to be in front of a computer.
- Open the Amenitiz App and log in.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) and go to Inventory.
- Select Bulk Update.
- Choose the rooms and rate plans you want to update.
- Select the date range(s) where you want to open or close availability.
- Tap Restrictions and choose the option to either open or close rates.
- Confirm your selection and tap Update.
