This article explains how to manually open or close a rate plan for a specific day from your inventory. This is useful when you need to quickly adjust availability for specific dates without changing your overall pricing or restriction strategy.
It also clarifies how manual changes interact with automated rules such as the closing window.
Before you start
You must have access to the Inventory section of your Amenitiz platform
This action applies to individual dates only (not recurring rules)
Step-by-step instructions
Open or close a rate plan for a specific day (desktop)
Go to
Inventoryfrom the sidebar of your Amenitiz administrator areaClick on
Planning → Rate PlansLocate the room and rate plan you want to manage
Select the box corresponding to the date and room
To open a rate:
Click on the red icon
Confirm it turns green (the rate is now open for that date)
To close a rate:
Click on the green icon
Confirm it turns red (the rate is now closed for that date)
The change is saved automatically.
Apply changes to multiple dates
Use the
Bulk UpdateoptionSelect the date range and rate plan
Apply the open or close action
Use the Bulk Update option to help you apply this change over a longer period of time, as explained in this article.

Rate restrictionsectionOpen or close the rate for each room as needed
Open or close a rate plan from the mobile app
Go to the
InventorysectionSelect the rate plan you want
Tap on the desired date
Select the room
Choose to open or close the rate plan
