Want a calendar that suits your unique style? Let’s make it happen! You can tweak your calendar to display what matters most to you—whether it’s room categories, housekeeping status, or emojis for extras (yes, really! 😎). Here’s how you do it: 👇

Step-by-Step Guide 👩‍💻

1. Pick Your Calendar View 👀
Before diving into the settings, you can choose how detailed you'd like your calendar to appear. At the top right, you’ll see two buttons:

Expanded View 🧩: For more details, showing extra info for each booking.

Compact View 🗂️: A cleaner, more minimal display.

Select the one that fits your needs!

2. Open Your Calendar Settings ⚙️

On your Amenitiz dashboard, navigate to the Calendar tab and hit the Settings button (top right corner).

3. Choose Your Preferences 💼

Here's what you can adjust:

• Split by room categories 🏨
  Want to see different room types at a glance? Toggle this on to split your calendar by categories.
• Show housekeeping status 🧹
  Stay on top of cleanliness by displaying housekeeping status directly on your calendar.
• Show unit prices 💰
  Need pricing info on the go? Enable this to see unit prices directly on your calendar.
• Add some fun with emojis 😜
  Want to visually tag your extras with emojis? Turn this on and personalise it! Head over to your extras section to assign emojis.
• Show PriceAdvisor recommendations 📊
  If you’re subscribed to PriceAdvisor, toggle this to display price suggestions right in your calendar.
• Booking Colors 🎨
  Personalise how bookings are coloured on your calendar. Choose the display style that best fits your needs:
  • By Booking status (Booked, Checked in, Checked out)
  • By Payment status
  • By Booking source

💡 You can select different colours for each option. Simply choose the dropdown next to each status to adjust!

4. Save Your Settings 💾

Once you’re happy with the customisations, click Save and voila! Your calendar will reflect your new preferences. 🎉
