How to use your dashboard (beta)

Learn how to use your Amenitiz dashboard to see your day at a glance — key metrics, arrivals and departures, channel health, Amenitiz Pay, housekeeping and breakfast — and act on it directly.

Overview

Your dashboard is the real-time control tower for your property. In one screen it brings together today's key metrics, the guests arriving and leaving, the status of your channel connections and Amenitiz Pay, and your housekeeping and breakfast overview — so you can see everything happening at your property and act on it directly.


Before you start

  • Your dashboard is the first page you see when you log in. You can open it at any time from the main menu.

  • The Amenitiz Pay widget appears only if Amenitiz Pay is activated on your account.

  • All figures follow the official metric definitions explained in this article.


Open your dashboard

  1. Log in to your Amenitiz account.

  2. Click Dashboard in the main menu.


What's on your dashboard

Key metrics

At the top you'll find the key figures for tonight and the last 24 hours, each shown against your average:

  • Occupancy tonight — rooms with checked-in or arriving guests tonight, out of your sellable inventory.

  • Revenue today — gross revenue billed for tonight's stay, excluding VAT and OTA commissions.

  • ADR — average daily rate for tonight's occupied rooms.

  • RevPAR — revenue per available room for tonight.

  • New bookings (24h) — net change in reservations over the last 24 hours.


Today's work

Shows everything happening at your property right now, split into Arrivals, Departures, In-house and Activity tabs. For each guest you can see their room, stay, payment status and source, and act directly with Check in or Send link. Use the search box to find a guest or room, or open Open reservations for the full list.


Channel health

Shows the connection status of your OTAs — Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Google Hotel. A channel shows as Live when it's syncing normally, or flags when a resync is needed. Click Connect to link a channel, or open your Channel manager for more.


Amenitiz Pay

If you use Amenitiz Pay, this widget shows your Next payout, the amount Captured today, and Today's failed payments that need attention. Click Open Amenitiz Pay to manage your payments.


Housekeeping

See the status of every room — Ready, Dirty, Inspection or Cleaning — split into Today's rooms and Vacant today. Assign a housekeeper to a room, or use Auto-assign to allocate them in one go. Click Open housekeeping for the full view.


Breakfast

See which guests have breakfast for Today, Tomorrow or the Day after, with the number of rooms and covers and a breakdown of rooms With breakfast and Without breakfast. Click Open full view for the complete list.


FAQs

Where do I find my dashboard?

It's the first page you see when you log in. You can also open it at any time by clicking Dashboard in the main menu.


Why do the dashboard figures differ from a downloaded report?

The dashboard shows performance revenue, based on stay dates. Some reports use payment-date (cashflow) logic, so the totals can differ. All dashboard metrics follow the same official KPI definitions.


Can I assign housekeepers from the dashboard?

Yes. In the Housekeeping widget you can assign a housekeeper to each room, or use Auto-assign to allocate them all at once.


Why don't I see the Amenitiz Pay widget?

That widget appears only if Amenitiz Pay is activated on your account.


Can I export the data on my dashboard?

The dashboard is for quick monitoring. For downloadable files, use the Reports section.
